gave us the opportunity to further develop our leadership skills.  We were challenged to complete six simulations, all requiring that we bring a new product to market on time, ahead of competition, under budget, while maintaining the team’s morale.  I was required to think quickly and adapt to sudden problems that arise during projects.  It required us to make the best of an impossible situation.  I had to make trade-offs and make hard decisions.
